Their maintenance-free design means low service costs and reliable/continuous production for years of service. No other production technology can guarantee the same performance on a printing press.

Dot gain is substantially reduced for all tonal values. Highlights can be printed to extremely low levels - even at high resolution. Perfect vignettes are realized due to accurate dot control. It's a marriage of the latest plate processing technology and software, backed by a company with 40+ years of flexo experience.

Digital flexo plates are covered with a carbon layer and do not need film. Eliminating film, chemicals and equipment results in better process stability. Dirt and dust problems are a thing of the past.
