Products used: RECYL COBRA or RECYL CLEAN which have been used for 15 years in all over the world.
Instructions: the product set out again thanks to a plastic doctor blade which clearly improves the effectiveness of cleaning.
Rinsing: Made manually or automatically by using our system "turtle".

Plates cleaning ..... THE LAVAPEN

MANUAL PLATES CLEANING STATION
Works for all ink type with RECYL cleaning products which are heated up to 35°.

Products used: QUICK WASH, QUICK WASH "PLUS", PK WATER etc... Non flammable, non toxic, non corrosive.

Operations: the manual cleaning station is softer for the plates; it combines high quality products and a specail brush that distributes some heated products thanks to a pump. The rinsing is useless thanks to the air dryer pistol.
